Usage considerations for RTO blocks
• Try to put the blocks in order when you install the blocks;
• Keep expansion gap every 1 centimeter per 1meter evenly distributed when place the blocks;
• The speed of temperature rise and fall should not be too fast, otherwise it will easily cause cracking in the regenerator product. Within 300°C, the heating rate is ≤30°C/h, which mainly excludes adsorbed water; when the temperature is 300-600°C, the rate of temperature rise and fall is 60°C/h, and when the temperature is higher than 600°C, the rate of temperature rise is≤120°C/h; When the temperature is lowered, the temperature is lowered Speed ≤60°C/h;
• In the working conditions, if there are too many nano-dusts (silicon, organic titanium, etc.), the pores of the regenerator product will be blocked, causing uneven temperature and pressure, and finally leading to product cracking.
• If the treated waste gas contains acid or alkaline substances, the heat storage product will be seriously corroded, resulting in such as chalking and cracking, and the service life of the product will be greatly shortened.
• Causes of ceramic block damage: Impact, thermal shock damage, rapid steam vapor explosion, gas corrosion, and too tight installation.
