#Advantage
1. Compared with square holes, the hexagonal hole structure have following advantage -- the hole has six 120 angle, smaller curvature of the corners, larger exchange area, lower 14% pressure drop, higher heat exchange efficiency, can be increased 15% of flow efficiency.
2. Compared with square holes, more walls, more uniform structure, better to heat exchange and anti-silicon, iron and other impurities erosion and anti-clogging.
3. Compared with square holes, hexagonal hole structure represents more intensive per unit area of the packing structure.
4. Compared with square holes, the lower radius of the inscribed circle in the same circumstances, increase 15% of the channels. Compared with square holes, more than 72% heat exchange contact points, significantly improve the heat efficiency.
